Between 27-29 March 2025, Brașov will host the 16th edition of the international GastroPan exhibition, a reference event for the baking, confectionery, ice cream, coffee, milling and HoReCa industries in Romania. The event will take place at the Lux Divina Center, offering an ideal setting for innovation, networking and new partnerships.

Throughout the day, visitors will have the opportunity to explore various activities and live demonstrations, but the highlight of the day is the Gallery of Exceptional Specialists from Romania in the Lux Divina Hall, where outstanding achievements in the industry will be presented.
FRIDAY – 28 MARCH – 10:00-18:00
Friday is dedicated to competition! The GastroPan competitions (1000-1400) bring the best bakery products to the fore, and the winners will be awarded at the ceremony at 1500.
SATURDAY – MARCH 29 – 10:00-17:00
We end the event with an interactive atmosphere! Mini Parc Transilvania opens its doors between 1000-1400 in the Lux Divina Hall, offering visitors an exciting experience through special activities and demonstrations.
PERMANENT ACTIVITIES: testing of products presented in the exhibition, networking and discussions between exhibitors and visitors, interactive demonstrations, live baking and cooking shows, product tastings and launches of new offers at the exhibitors' stands.
